A cool Japanese tea house / casual cafe vibes. They serve a variety of teas and local specialties, like goma saba (raw mackerel marinaded in sesame sauce). Excellent vibes; the inside is really pretty and you get a great view of Ohori Lake. The food is pretty solid too. Excellent place to stop for lunch or a mid-day snack as you're adventuring around Ohori Park. There are quite a lot of tourists here and so they do have an English menu. I honestly don't really remember what I ordered but I remember getting a variety of small bites / local sweets, none of which were particularly noteworthy, but it was a cool experience. I tried a bit of my friend's goma-saba ochazuke, which was delicious (honestly, I wish I had gotten that instead haha).
