General Notes
Chongqing style hot pot. Not exactly sure what that means, other than the fact that it's incredibly spicy. We ordered the medium spicy and there were so many peppercorns and so much chili oil on top. I ended up skimming off a lot of the chili oil, which ended up making it a little more manageable. Overall, the food is pretty decent. I'm a big fan of the lamb skewers in particular, which were super tender and flavorful. The other hot pot items are alright; the fish filet and the beef was a little bit disappointing (the beef was pretty thick) though.
