The knife cut noodles here are incredible. They have the perfect texture + chewiness, and just the right slightly irregular texture. One thing they like to advertise is that you can get "unlimited noodles", but in practice that's most likely just a marketing gimmick since the portions are huge and the vast majority of people will never need additional noodles. Solid food at a very reasonable price point. The wait time can be significant during peak times though, be prepared.

• ★★★☆ 拍黄瓜 -- very yummy, hard to go wrong with this one.
• ★★☆☆ 羊肉汤面 -- The noodles and soup are excellent (the soup is perhaps slightly salty). The lamb is a little tough
• ★★★★ 油泼面 -- probably the most tasty 油泼面 that I've ever had -- excellent texture on the noodles, perfect well-balanced flavor. Just needs a touch extra vinegar and it's perfect.
