General Notes
Solid HK style restaurant / cafe. The other items on their menu are just alright, but their pork jowl is delicious, definitely a must try.
Dishes Tasted
- ★☆☆☆ super cart noodles -- braised beef brisket, egg, radish, curry fish ball, beef ball, fish cake, lettuce. The individual ingredients are good but it's not my preferred taste.
- ★★★★ lemongrass pork jowl rice -- fried pork jowl marinaded in lemongrass topped with sunny side up egg. The pork jowl is super delicious -- the lemongrass flavor is excellent. It's also tender, juicy and just the right "bouncy"
- ★★☆☆ signature duo meat rice -- grilled chicken chop & pork jowl glazed with savory sweet sauce. The chicken chop is ok, the pork jowl is delicious
- ★☆☆☆ vegetable of the day (gai lan) -- dim-sum style, it was just blanched, not particularly noteworthy
- ★★☆☆ chicken cartilage -- alright, not particularly noteworthy
