Let's Meat is probably one of the cutest names I've seen in a while for a restaurant. Let's Meat is an all-you-can-eat KBBQ restaurant in Koreatown. My experience here was fairly average - nothing particularly noteworthy about the food, service, or experience, but no part of it was that bad either. My biggest complaint about the food here is that the meat selection is fairly limited. I would not come back and I think there are plenty of other better options for KBBQ, but it is AYCE.
> The selection of meats is fairly limited. It might look like a lot of items, but many of the items are variants of each other. Additionally, many of the meats taste more or less the same without much distinguishing between them.
> There are a lot of grills and not many servers, which means that the servers are scrambling around trying to cook everything and bring food to tables. Not a whole lot of attention is put into actually cooking the meats, which leads to food which is not cooked super well. Not a lot of flipping/moving so the meat is unevenly cooked, inevitably leading to some pieces being very overcooked.
> The grill is not hot enough and the meats have too much liquid. The end result is that the cooked meat ends up grey, either overcooked or not well-seared (for the thicker cuts).
