General Notes

A typical Korean restaurant serving up classics like bbq, soondubu, and bibimbap. The food is alright but not particularly noteworthy, the main thing that stood out was the sheer variety of banchan that they gave me, even as a party of 1.

Positives

> They offer a TON of variety of banchan; despite me just being a party of 1 they gave me 10 different types of banchan! Including some I've never had as banchan before, like a mini pancake of sorts. They weren't particularly noteworthy, but the variety was pretty cool.

Dishes Tasted

  • ★★☆☆ Kimchi Tofu Soup -- I got it with pork. A bit on the spicier side, compared to soondubu I've had elsewhere. Pretty solid, nothing particularly noteworthy.
  • ★☆☆☆ Oyster Pancake (Gool Jun) -- Nice flavor, but I was disappointed by the texture. The inside was nice, but the exterior didn't have that crispy quality at all. It was a bit soggy, even. The flavor was decent, though. Note that this is actually 8pc of smaller pancakes, not the single large one that you'd expect for seafood pancake.
