General Notes
Kape Republik is a Filipino-inspired dessert shop with lovely drinks and interesting pastries. Beautiful decor, reasonably priced, and with interesting offerings. With a lot of emphasis on ingredients such as ube, pandan, coconut, calamansi, etc. Solid drinks, decent pastries.

Dishes Tasted
- ★★★☆ Taro Mickey-ato -- taro milk + cold brew. This drink is delightful. Simple, well-balanced flavor. Ask for less ice if you can; it does come with quite a bit and might dilute your drink. No idea why it's called a Mickey-ato but it's delicious.
- ★★☆☆ Ube Crinkle -- Good flavor; the crinkle is not my preferred texture for cookies but it's well-made.
- ★☆☆☆ Pandan Madeleine -- I personally don't think pandan works that well with madeleine; the pandan was subtle and it felt like mostly just sweet flavor. The madeleine texture was solid, though.
