General Notes

This is a god-tier barbecue restaurant. I don't have the most experience with Southern barbecue, but the meats were more tender and more savory than any other BBQ I've ever had. The restaurant is situated in Plant City, which is around half an hour east from Tampa, but supposedly people from all around central Florida come here just to try their barbecue. It's really that good. I would absolutely recommend giving this place a try if you're in the area.

> Very reasonable prices. You can get a huge portion of meat with sides for just around $10.

  • ★★☆☆ Bread -- heavily buttered
  • ☆☆☆☆ Green beans -- Tasted kind of like cafeteria food, would not recommend.
  • ★★★☆ Pulled Pork -- Not quite as good as the brisket, but still incredibly tender and juicy
