General Notes
This is one of the best Korean restaurants I've been to in a long time. The menu looks normal -- it has most of what you'd expect on a typical Korean restaurant's menu. The dishes we ordered were executed to perfection. Would love to come back to try some of their other offerings.
Dishes Tasted
- ★★★☆ Galbijjim -- Short ribs, carrot, kabocha, rice cake, daikon. Compared to other galbijjim, this is less saucy and not cooked quite as long (so not as tender, but more bouncy from the tendons). The texture is excellent and the flavors are awesome. Like the addition of kabocha too.
- ★★★★ Seafood Pancake -- one of the best seafood pancake that I've ever had. It has a lot of green onions in the filling and it's fried PERFECTLY.
