Not really a "restaurant", per-se, but functions kind of like one. It's a cool concept; you peruse the live seafood vendors on the first floor, and when you purchase your seafood they'll bring it to the second floor for you to eat, with the preparation that you desire, along with banchan and all the typical offerings. As foreigners, I think the seafood vendors saw us as "easy targets" and definitely overcharged us -- if you come here make sure to haggle the price down. The seafood itself is as fresh as you can get. A good opportunity to try a lot of different types of seafood. For example, this was my first time trying live octopus, which was a cool experience but honestly didn't taste that good. We also got some sashimi, grilled fish, bbq shrimp, raw marinaded crab, cooked mollusks, and a few miscellaneous things. Overall a cool experience if you're looking to try a lot of different types of seafood; feels a little gimmicky otherwise though. Note that in addition to the price you pay for the seafood, there's also a 5k won per person "table setting" fee.
