In my opinion, Santouka serves the best ramen in all of Boston. Their ramen hits all the right flavor and texture profiles. The prices are also pretty reasonable. I would highly recommend giving this place a try. They have another location in Back Bay.

Dishes Tasted
  • ★★☆☆ Mini Ikura/Salmon Don -- A weird dish - I wasn't really expecting the salmon to be cooked. The warm temperature of the dish was strange. Focus on the ramen - they do that best.
  • ★★★★ Chashu Ramen -- The broth is extraordinary - it is rich and savory but not too oily. The noodles are firm with just the right amount of resistance, and the meat is tender.
