My go-to hot pot place in the US (although to be fair, I haven't really been to that many different places). A little bit on the pricier side, but consistently good food. The broth especially is great (although it can get a bit salty if they refill it with the actual broth, so consider asking for the refill in hot water only). At this point they have a lot of locations all throughout the US; I've been to the one in Boston and several SFBA locations.
