Bare-bones joint in the heart of Koreatown, serving what is perhaps the best seol lung tang that I've ever had. The menu has one item (no prizes for guessing what it is), and you choose the cuts of beef that you want -- mixed, brisket, flank, internal organs (intestine, tendon, spleen), or tongue. Service is almost immediate, and they'll bring you the seol lung tang alongside rice, kimchi, radish kimchi, a giant tub of green onion, and salt + pepper to taste. It's such a comforting, satisfying, and overall well-rounded meal.
> I really enjoyed the kimchi and radish kimchi. They have a lovely flavor and are not overly sharp / acidic, which makes for a refreshing experience. Pairs perfectly with the seollungtang.
> They have a special parking lot for the restaurant, which is REALLY nice because it's definitely hard to find parking in the area.
