General Notes

I went here for the first time with group of friends on a trip. This was my first time having Korean shaved snow, and I was very pleasantly surprised. I was half expecting the type of shaved ice you get on the beach - chunks of ice with sugary syrup on top. But this style of shaved snow is prepared so finely, it tastes like a more airy version of ice cream. I've only tried their shaved snow, but I'm excited to try their other desserts as well!

Positives

> The shaved snow was amazing! Would definitely recommend the XOXO especially, although it appears to be a seasonal dish, so I'm not sure if it's still available.

Negatives

> This place is really popular, and it can be especially difficult to seat a large group with the given arrangements. Be prepared to snag spaces that open while you're in line.
> The shaved snow is quite expensive, but worth it in my opinion.

Dishes Tasted

  • ★★★★ XOXO Shaved Snow -- The flavor combination of rose, lychee, and strawberries is absolutely divine. Definitely my favorite out of the three we ordered.
  • ★★★☆ Mango Madness Shaved Snow -- Pretty good, though I'm generally not that big a fan of mango.
  • ★★★☆ The OG Shaved Snow -- Pretty good, though I'm generally not a big fan of black sesame
