I'm actually a pretty big fan of Ghirardelli's chocolate bars. This time, I didn't actually get any (although I was really tempted to try their raspberry radiance and some of the other intense dark bars). I got a sundae instead, which was good, just HUGE. Certainly a nice and enjoyable place to visit, just make sure to find someone else to split your dessert with.
> Ghirardelli gives free chocolate samples in the store! During winter, it's almost always peppermint bark. When I visited it was milk chocolate with caramel.
> This dessert was actual diabetes. On the order of 1000-1500 calories. Definitely find a friend to split with if you order a dessert.
