General Notes

Fuku Burger is a burger joint that's (as far as I'm aware) specific to the Vegas area. The burgers are excellent, and it's also super good value -- their burgers are pretty large and they're only $10 each. One thing to note is that the vibes of the restaurant is a little ... degen. Apparently they do this thing where you're supposed to spin a wheel to choose a very non-workplace-appropriate name that they call you by when your order is ready, and they also sell stickers with anime titties. That being said, they're open pretty late into the night as well; great spot for a satisfying late night dinner. I will definitely be returning here in the future.

Dishes Tasted

  • ★★★☆ Fuku Fries -- crispy fries topped with togarishi garlic salt, serviced with ketchup and crack sauce. Pretty well fried fries, the addition of the seasonings is a nice touch, and the crack sauce is pretty good too.
  • ★★☆☆ Buta -- all-beef fuku patty, applewood smoked bacon, american cheese, pickled red onions and red ginger, japanese bbq sauce and wasabi mayo. Okay, but the pickled red onions / ginger overpowers the rest of the dish.
  • ★★★★ Tamago -- all-beef fuku patty topped with a fried runny egg, furikake, crispy onion strings, and finished with teriyaki and wasabi mayo. This is one of the most incredible burgers I've had, a pretty large burger at that, and it's only $10.
