General Notes

I like how each of the dishes are prepared with precision. Unfortunately, some of the dishes are a bit bland and very off the mark, especially considering the price point. That being said, the interior is very nice. An okay option for a relatively upscale Japanese restaurant.

Dishes Tasted
  • ★☆☆☆ Miso soup -- The tofu flavor was too strong, and it there wasn't enough salt
  • ★☆☆☆ Tonkatsu -- The pork cutlet itself was dry, yet the breading was wet and not crispy. The noodles that came with the tonkatsu were bland and mediocre
  • ★★★☆ Negihama -- Precise and delicious
  • ★★☆☆ Unagi-don -- The portion was reasonable, but the dish as a whole was a bit bland. I would have liked a slightly stronger sauce.
