General Notes
A great little cafe in the Ferry Building in San Francisco. Honestly, this restaurant single-handedly invigorated my interest in good quality olive oil and avocado toast. Their avocado toast was incredible, and I would love to try some of their other desserts!

> I had to wait a rather long time for them to make my avocado toast, which seems like it should otherwise be a fairly straightforward thing to make.
Dishes Tasted
- ★★★★ Avocado Toast -- Simple but delicious. Well-toasted bread, delicious olive oil, and great seasoning. The technique of the cut on the avocado was also pretty cool (kind of like the first step of dicing an onion, then spreading out into a flower)
