Espetus Charrascaria is an upscale Brazillian steakhouse. It's definitely a place that you would go to for the experience, and less so for the food itself. The food is great, obviously, but definitely not $71 great. With that being said, the whole time while I was here, I felt like I was being treated like a king -- it's a fantastic experience. The closest comparison is probably to Fogo de Chao, which is very similar. Compared to Fogo, the salad bar feels a bit more disappointing. The meats were probably comparable in quality, although there was definitely a lot of variance between the different cuts. My favorite cut, surprisingly, was the pork belly -- it was well-seasoned, juicy, tender, and lightly crispy. The parmesan crusted sirloin was also incredible.
