General Notes
Eileen's Special Cheesecake is a really well-known shop, especially recently after Food Insider and Buzzfeed both made videos featuring it. The cheesecake is very good, definitely one of the better cheesecakes I've had. What makes it stand out is how fluffy and airy the cream cheese filling is - it's creamy and buttery but not dense. The other components (like the crust) aren't amazing but they allow the cream cheese filling to stand out. I wouldn't necessarily go out of my way to come here again in the future but it's definitely worth trying once.

- ★★★☆ Raspberry Cheesecake -- Amazing cream cheese filling - it's super fluffy and airy. It's creamy and buttery without being dense. The graham cracker crust is not really an integral part of the cheesecake but it's meh. The raspberry jam is a bit too sweet and not acidic enough. For some reason, one thing that disappoints me a lot is the fact that the cheesecake is not served as a slice. But these are mostly nitpicks; the cheesecake was delicious.
