General Notes
Excellent coffee shop in the heart of downtown San Jose, right by San Pablo Square. What stands out most is their "crafted" drinks, i.e. specialty drinks. They have so many interesting concoctions that I'd love to try, such as their butterscotch latte or their thai tea brulee. They also have a rotating cast of seasonal drinks which are excellent. Be warned -- this place is extremely popular, expect to wait 20-30m for your drink.
Dishes Tasted
- ★★★☆ thai brulee -- thai milk tea, egg pudding, torched creme brulee. Nice combination, lovely flavor + texture.
- ★★★☆ tiramisu latte -- double shot espresso, milk, tiramisu cream top. Would be better with a touch of alcohol (although I'm grateful it doesn't exist), but delicious
- ★★★☆ apricot tonic -- double shot espresso, apricot puree, tonic water. super refreshing!
