As the name suggests, Donburi Ya is a small restaurant in SoMa that specializes in rice bowls. It offers a simple, straightforward menu with great options and customizability with add-ons. The restaurant has a nice inviting vibe. Nothing extraordinary but a solid all-around restaurant. Worth giving a try for a quick and delicious lunch.

> They're only open for lunch, M-F. It's not much of a problem though, as I probably wouldn't come to a restaurant like this for dinner anyways.
Dishes Tasted
- ★★☆☆ Unagi Don -- Nothing extraordinary, but prepared well. The white rice comes with pumpkin and corn. It was odd at first, but I've come to like it and now find it a nice touch.
