General Notes
KBBQ place that's particularly known for pork as well as intestines. The KBBQ portion is actually pretty solid, the rest of the menu is pretty meh though. I would be down to come back in the future to try some of their KBBQ offerings. This is the first time I've seen beef intestines on the menu and it was a pleasant surprise.
Dishes Tasted
- ★★☆☆ cold buckwheat noodles -- decent, nothing particularly notable about this
- ★★☆☆ korean fried chicken -- soy garlic + sweet spicy (half and half). Soy garlic was good, sweet + spicy was just ok. Not quite as crispy and the breading was a little thicker than I would like, sort of like bonchon.
- ★★☆☆ kimchi pancake -- decent, could be a little more crispy but overall ok
- ★☆☆☆ kimchi fried rice -- Not my favorite, a little bit too kimchi-forward
- ★★★☆ beef intestines -- i enjoyed this a lot, very yummy. Quite fatty and becomes nicely crispy with a lovely flavor.
- ★★★☆ beef set A -- brisket, LA galbi, marinaded boneless galbi. Pretty solid quality meat, prepared for you as well
