General Notes

This restaurant is relatively cheap, and could be good if you enjoy Taiwanese food. But I found that these flavors were way off the mark for me - everything felt overly sweet. I would not recommend.

Positives

> Prices are very affordable, and the quantities of food are pretty large.

Negatives

> The flavor profile feels very off the mark. Almost everything we ordered was too sweet.

Dishes Tasted
  • ★☆☆☆ Shaved Ice -- I'm generally not a fan of shaved ice
  • ☆☆☆☆ 红烧肉 -- Way too sweet, and didn't have that savoriness that is characteristic of a well-cooked pork belly
  • ★☆☆☆ 炸酱面 -- Not as bad, but still really sweet. The noodle texture was decent.
  • ☆☆☆☆ 牛肉汤面 -- Overly sweet and the noodle texture was not great.
