This is a great place for a casual meal, particularly for lunch. What I love about this place is that each individual component is prepared well and precisely. Whatever combination you create, you will end up with a dish that layers acidity and salt. In particular, I would recommend the braised lamb (flavorful, juicy, and tender), the roasted red pepper hummus, and almost all of the toppings. It's a bit expensive compared to other fast-casual restaurants, but it is certainly worth the price. I would highly recommend checking this place out!
