Carversteak is an upscale steakhouse in Resort World. It's expensive (definitely a place for a special occasion) but worth it. The food is pretty much what you would typically expect from a steakhouse, but it's executed amazingly well and tastes incredible. Great food, great ambiance, lovely service.

> They have a cool service "choose your weapon" before your steak -- they bring you a box with five different options for your steak knife, and you get to choose the one that you prefer. A fun little touch.
> I came here on my birthday and they had a couple of nice touches -- they gave me a "welcome" card wishing me a happy birthday, and they also gave us a complimentary dessert with candles and all too.

• ★★☆☆ Roasted Broccolini Calabrian Chili
• ★★☆☆ Mac & Cheese Gratin -- cavatappi pasta, aged cheddar + truffle. It tastes nice but this isn't the best mac & cheese that I've had -- the cheese sauce seems to have split a bit and it seems a bit greasy.
• ★★★★ Cs Tomahawk -- Aside from some A5 wagyu I've tried in the past, this is possibly one of the best steaks I've had. Super flavorful, perfectly cooked, wonderful crust, and so so tender. It comes with a sauce but it doesn't even really need it.
• ★★★☆ Grand Plateau -- 1 maine lobster, 6 gulf shrimp, 12 oysters, 8 clams, 12 PEI mussels. The lobster in particular was probably some of the best lobster I've ever had -- so soft, tender, and flavorful. The parsley / lemon on top adds a wonderful touch too. The other components are great as well, although not as noteworthy as the lobster.
• ★★★☆ Wagyu Cheesesteak Bites -- caramelized onion, aged provolone mornay, truffle buttered parker roll. The meat itself is a tiny bit dry / tough, but the dish overall is great -- I love the flavor and the texture of the roll is awesome.
