General Notes
Excellent gelato shop just northeast of Union Square. They're known for their panna, a type of lightly sweetened, freshly whipped cream. It goes wonderfully with the gelato, layering fat / sugar. They have a lot of flavors that sound incredible, but they run out quickly -- I got there around 8pm and by the time I got there around half of the flavors were sold out. The lines are _very_ long, I guess they got really hyped on social media recently, so be warned.
