General Notes
Mediocre bakery in the heart of Little Saigon in San Jose. The menu looks really promising -- portuguese egg tarts, kaya choux, ube croissants, I love the marriage of Asian flavors with western baked goods / desserts. But the execution simply isn't great, they don't taste as good as I would imagine.
Negatives
> $5 minimum for credit card, unlikely that this would be a problem though.

- ★☆☆☆ kaya choux -- The pastry is awful, the kaya filling is nice though.
- ★☆☆☆ portuguese egg tart -- the pastry isn't great, the filling is alright but not particularly noteworthy.
