General Notes
Butter& is a cake shop in the Dogpatch. They sell BEAUTIFUL cakes -- they have such a clean, modern aesthetic. The storefront is lovely, friendly service, nice neighborhood, and of course delicious cake. I got a small (8-10 servings) lychee yuzu, which was a seasonal flavor. I found the cake itself to be slightly dry, and the buttercream to be a bit too firm; although that was highly likely a result of me leaving the cake in the fridge for a day and taking it out ~2h in advance to thaw. This will definitely become one of my go-to cake shops in the future. I suggest pre-ordering if possible as their selection in-store can be somewhat limited.

> Keep in mind -- due to staffing constraints they don't currently allow pre-ordering on Saturday for pickup on Sunday. Any other day, they have 1-day pickup for their expose cakes though.
Dishes Tasted
- ★★★☆ Lychee Yuzu -- Beautiful, and overall delicious! The lychee flavor really came through, the yuzu was a bit more subtle but not in a bad way. The cake was _slightly_ dry and the buttercream was a bit firm, but that might be a result of me leaving it in the fridge for a day.
