General Notes

Delicious cream puffs. I had their matcha and earl grey cream puffs and they were both incredible, my favorite was the earl grey. The cream is super "xiang" and flavored perfectly, and the puff part provides the perfect contrast and texture. The only thing I wish (surprisingly) was that there'd be slightly less cream, the balance was a touch off (I'm a big fan of the pastry)
