Upscale burger stand with a bit of a twist. Situated in Abbott Square Market, an excellent food court with plenty of options, such as Roux Dat (Cajun food) and Pizzeria la Bufala. There's the classic burger of course, but there are also quite a few interesting, well thought-out combinations, such as the Drunken Onion (pickled russian dressing, baby greens, chilled english pickles, gruyere, brandied white onions) or cowboy (iceburg, tomato, smoked rogue blue, bacon jam, masa onion hay, chipotle ranch). Great burger at a reasonable price, definitely worth checking out.
> Regardless of which burger you get, the brioche bun is excellent and the burger is perfectly cooked (which for me is around medium).
> Fries are quite good; nice and crisp and well-seasoned. I haven't tried the loaded fries but certainly will if I visit again.
