A tiny shop in the northeast corner of the Mission district, specializing in baklava and baklava only. They do one thing and they do it really, really well. Their baklava is incredible, probably the best I've ever had. For the best experience, I definitely suggest trying it in-store, fresh out of the oven. They sell small trays (12 pieces) for $25 and medium trays for $65. They only offer two products -- pistachio baklava and walnut baklava.
> The owners are super friendly. I walked in, told them this was my first time here, and they immediately handed me a sample to try. Needless to say, it was delicious.
> According to the owners, they make a fresh batch every 30 minutes. So you're pretty much guaranteed to get a batch that's still fresh and warm, which makes a huge difference.
