General Notes

The best way to describe Anna's is that it's essentially the "American cuisine" of tacos - it's rich and savory but pretty bland. It's pretty nice when you want something quick and filling, but it's not great by any means.

Positives

> Convenient location
> No sales tax for students
> The tortillas are heavily steamed, which gives a much better texture
> I almost always get the carnitas. They are, however, pretty inconsistent. Sometimes it's god-tier juicy and savory, but other times it's dry and tough. If you look over and see that there is very little carnitas left, chances are it was made a long time ago and you should get something else.

Negatives

> Every time you come here, your clothes will smell very strongly of this restaurant. Make sure you're not wearing nice clothes when you come here.
> The key elements that are missing are acidity and freshness. The salsa is honestly flavorless without any acidic kick. Likewise, the beans and vegetables are absolutely flavorless most of the time.
> The level of service you get is highly variable. During the lunch rush, the servers operate at god-mode speed. But during dinner, the servers are slow and lax. It can feel like getting your food takes forever.
