General Notes

A pretty decent Cuban restaurant. The food and portions are good, and the prices are reasonable.

Negatives

> We got kind of ripped off, although this was mostly my mistake. When we were deciding what to order, the waiter mentioned that they had a paella special that day. We went ahead and ordered it, and little did we know that it would set us back $35 (it had lobster and various other seafood). I probably should have asked more clearly for the prices, but I had no idea there would be lobster in the dish and I could barely understand the waiter's English.

Dishes Tasted

  • ★★☆☆ Sides -- The sides were generally pretty good, other than the black beans, which I wasn't a huge fan of.
  • ★★★☆ Lamb Shank -- Excellent flavor.
  • ★☆☆☆ Paella -- Was a bit mushy and slightly overpriced
