A Ri Rang Tofu House is your standard Korean restaurant, serving up classics like tofu soup, kbbq, seafood pancakes, bibimbap, pretty much everything you'd expect. Except it's executed really well. One of my most frequent complaints about Korean restaurants is that the meat is overcooked -- they hit the cook on the meat on the nail, it was so tender + juicy. This place is not going to blow your mind but it's a solid pick whenever you're craving Korean food.

• ★★☆☆ Rabokki -- rice cake, fish cake, ramen noodles, vegetables, w/ spicy sauce
• ★★★★ Pork Soondubu -- This soup was a little more watery than I'm used to, but it worked out great because the soup was DELICIOUS. The flavor was surprisingly complex. The pork was REALLY tender, all around a delicious dish.
• ★★★☆ Galbi -- Compared to other LA-cut galbi I've had in the past, surprisingly tender! Well flavored; delicious.
