Possibly the easiest and fastest vegetable dish that you can imagine. This dish can be prepped, cooked, and dishes done all in under 10 minutes. And it's delicious! You could also prepare a similar version of this dish by blanching the cabbage instead of stir-frying it, and serving it at room temperature. The other ingredients would be essentially the same, except maybe substituting the soy sauce for salt.

> cabbage (1/2, cut into thin slivers ~3 inches long)
> green onion (chopped)
> salt
> Sichuan peppercorn powder
> soy sauce
> sesame oil
> neutral oil
1. In a wok over high heat, fry the green onions for a bit with plenty of oil, or until just before the green onions start to take on color.
2. Add the cabbage and stir-fry for a couple of minutes. Add salt, Sichuan peppercorn, and soy sauce to taste, and continue to stir-fry until the desired doneness is achieved.
3. Add a touch of sesame oil, stir for a few seconds, serve and enjoy.
