> bean sprouts (1 small bag, ~10 oz)
> garlic (3 cloves, minced)
> green onion (1 stalk, chopped)
> gochugaru (1/2 tbsp)
> fish sauce (1 tbsp)
> soy sauce (1 tbsp)
> sesame oil (1 tbsp)
> sesame seeds
1. Blanch the bean sprouts in boiling water for ~1 minute. Cool immediately, rinsing in cold water. Drain and dry to the best of your ability.
2. Mix all the ingredients except the sesame seeds (garlic, green onion, gochugaru, fish sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil) together with the bean sprouts.
3. Place bean sprouts in the desired serving plate. Top with some sesame seeds. Serve and enjoy!
> The ingredient amounts are fairly handwavy. Feel free to add a bit less at the beginning and adjust upwards as necessary. But the amounts listed are a good baseline. A little bit of sugar could also be a nice addition.
