Not the most aesthetic picture, but it was delicious! I'm still in the progress of figuring out what kinds of dry rub and barbeque sauce work the best, so this is a recipe TODO.
Active Time: 20 min
Total Time: 3 hr 45 min
> baby back ribs
> dry rub (TODO)
> bbq sauce (TODO)
1. Apply dry-rub to baby back ribs (TODO)
2. Bake covered with aluminum foil on a large sheet pan at 275 degrees for about 2.5 to 4 hours. Periodically check for doneness starting around hour 2.5. It should be fork tender and easily fall off the bone.
3. Slather the bbq sauce over the ribs.
4. Return the ribs to the oven and broil for ~10 minutes.
5. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve and enjoy!
> I like to add some potatoes on the side about an hour before the ribs are done. Feel free to add whatever works well for you (keeping in mind that most of the cooking will be done at a low temperature)
> Low and slow is the way to achieve that tender, fall-off-the-bones texture.
