Also known as a-choy in english. I wasn't a big fan of this vegetable growing up, but lately I've grown to like it a lot. It's best simply stir-fried with oil, garlic, and salt.
Active Time: 10 min
Total Time: 10 min
> a choy (cut into manageable pieces + washed)
> garlic (minced)
> oil
> salt
1. Heat up oil in a very hot pan. Add minced garlic into pot and cook until it starts to take on a bit of color.
2. Immediately add a-choy and vigorously stir-fry. Add salt and mix well. It should only take at most a minute or two to cook.
> A-choy cooks super fast, so make sure that your wok is really hot, and you only really need to cook this for a minute or so.
> Make sure not to crowd the pot!
